This visit is designed for any new, patient booking in. This is also used for any new patient interested in functional hormone, food sensitivity, or any other testing. In this appointment Dr Allison will go over your full health history and any current concerns you may have. This is also a chance to dive deeper into the mental, emotional, social, environmental, and physical concerns that you may have.
This is intended as a chance to meet with Dr Allison to get an idea of the modalities Naturopathic Doctors can offer. This is an opportunity to check in on what your goals for naturopathic care are, and to see if it would be a good fit. These will be conducted as PHONE CALLS until further notice.

These are designed for current patients to discuss ongoing treatment plans. We can establish if you are on track with your health goals as well as make any necessary adjustments to your current individualized health & supplement plans.
Food Sensitivity, digestive, and stool analysis testing can be helpful in establishing an overall plan to address digestive issues. Testing is available to both new and current patients. If you are a new patient, please book the INITIAL NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION and make a note that you are interested in food sensitivity testing.

Dr Allison Galan, ND offers Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and cupping therapy. Acupuncture is traditionally used to help organ system pattern imbalances, and can help to reduce stress, improve sleep, improve digestion, help with hormone balancing & fertility, among other uses. Cupping is also offered, and is a great therapy for supporting the reduction of tension and tightness in muscles, as well as increasing blood flow and lymphatic circulation. This booking is intended for any current patient.
